Just when you thought turkey sandwiches and turkey soup were the best you could do with leftovers...viola! A great resource for those of us who are stuck with lots o turkey but little creativity! written in a way that even the less talented chef can understand...this has inspired me to try them all! Watch out family...guess whats for dinner?
I LOVE THE TURKEY CHILI AND THE TURKEY BEAN SALAD. THE BOOK IS VERY INFORMATIVE.

Most of these recipes I already have, but I am kind of a recipe nut so I'm going to keep it for future reference)
I made the Hot Brown Potato Skins - made too many, so froze the leftovers. Today I took them right from the freezer and put them in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. They are still great! I was afraid the sauce would break down, but it didn't. YUM!
